Klaibel Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Klaibel is run by Parcloud Oy, a limited company registered in Finland (3154332-3), Vuoritie 7, 21600 Parainen, Finland. Contact: contact@klaibel.com.
These terms cover the Klaibel website, the public directory, and the Pro subscription (together, the "Service").
2. What the Service is
Klaibel is a directory of which AI vendors websites run. It reads public pages roughly once a week, as a browser loads them, and records which vendor it found, when it was first and last seen, and the snippet of the page that identified it. Counts and a few example sites are public. Pro adds full site lists and CSV export.
The data is shown as observed, with dates. We do not promise that it is complete or that every site running a vendor is listed. A site may have changed since it was last seen. Klaibel is not legal advice and says nothing about whether a site meets any law or standard.
3. Business customers only
Pro is offered to businesses, organisations and professionals acting in the course of their trade or profession. By subscribing you confirm that you are doing so as a business and not as a consumer. The Service is sold to businesses only, so consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
4. Accounts
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep your mailbox secure: anyone who can open the link can use your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
5. Pro subscription and billing
- Pro costs €19 per month or €190 per year. Prices exclude VAT, which is added or reverse-charged as the law requires.
- Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. Billing is managed in the Stripe customer portal, linked from your dashboard.
- The subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in the customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless mandatory law says otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from your next renewal.
6. Using the data
Pro lists and CSV files are for your own business use. You may use them in your own work, such as research, sales and market analysis. You may not resell the lists as a product of their own, or use the Service in a way that disrupts it. The public dataset at /state/data.json is available under CC BY 4.0.
7. Removal of a site
Anyone can ask for a site to be removed. Email contact@klaibel.com from an address at that domain. We hide the site and its subdomains everywhere, public pages, Pro lists and CSV files included, within a few days. Details are on the data and removal page (klaibel.com/data-policy).
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided as it is, without an uptime guarantee. We may improve or change features, and we will not materially reduce what Pro includes during a period you have already paid for.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and completeness or accuracy of the data.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event (or EUR 100 if you only use the free Service). Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Finnish law.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by cancelling. On cancellation you keep access to the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or harms the Service.

The privacy policy (klaibel.com/privacy) describes what we process and why.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email subscribers at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. The version and date are always shown above.
14. Assignment
You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them, and the customer relationship, to an affiliate or to a successor of the Klaibel business, provided the assignee takes over our commitments.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled by the District Court of Southwest Finland (Varsinais-Suomen käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance.
16. Everything else
If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the whole agreement about the Service.
